A bridal consultation is an appointment scheduled before the wedding where you have the opportunity to meet us at our studio and try different makeup styles and some hair looks to secure the looks for your actual day. We encourage our clients to make an appointment with us 1-2 months prior to their wedding day.

Come prepared with certain looks and outfits that you might like to achieve on the special day. We will take approximately 2 hours for the make up consultation  and your comfort is our priority because we know being comfortable in your own skin is essential to feeling beautiful and confident. Pro

What to expect during the consultation:

When you first meet us, we’ll want to get a sense of who you are and what you’re envisioning for your wedding. You can expect questions like “Have you picked your dress yet? What does it look like?” and “What’s the theme of your wedding?”.

We will be able to replicate a style from your inspo photo. However, everyone’s unique combination of hair type, face shape, and skin type makes it difficult to judge exactly how a style will look on you. You may discover that the original style may not be the best fit for you. Or you may need a few small tweaks to adjust the style to better flatter you. Moreover, you’ll know what you’re going to look like after a few hours of bustling around in the spotlight. For example, if smudging occurs in any specific areas after the trial, you’ll have time to let us know in time to fix or make changes to the makeup application for the wedding day. Additionally, the consultation is (likely) your first time meeting us. It’s a chance to see if your personalities mesh together and make sure we are the right fit for you.
